It's pretty depressing outside right now. Normally, I love a good rainy day, but since having the baby that means no nice, long walk along the National Mall or a loop around the Capitol Building, now part of our daily routine. It means the dog will go crazy if I don't walk her and she'll go crazy if I do because she freaks out when she gets wet. It means that I need to find the umbrella. To banish the Monday blues (does anyone like Mondays?), I offer up another free pattern, the Scar(f)y Spice Scarf. Knitting up in a jiff with Caron's Sheep(ish) yarn, this scarf takes 2 skeins and is knit on US 8s. I do love me some fringe on a cozy scarf.
